Take in some silence

Hi Ankur,




Welcome to Today's Self Improvement Tips.



Take in some silence. Go somewhere if you have to get away

from the noise in the world. Go to the park early in the

morning before anyone else gets there. Sit back and relax

and just try to quiet your mind and keep all thoughts away.

This takes practice and you may need to do it a few times

until you can control your thoughts and keep them quiet.

Don't give up. Once you learn how to do this, do it at

least once or twice a week. You will feel an inner peace

like never before.
